This process involves evaluation of the feasibility of projects, surveying and recording of property, technical reports, certification, project planning, organization and elaboration of contracts, plus activities related to the Human Resources area of construction and the attainment of final permits and certificates.
In this phase, the essential elements of the project are defined. To this end, actively and meticulously listening to the client is a fundamental factor in order to best visualize the desired architectural project. With such information, our team of professionals covers every project in a multidimensional manner, adhering to the current regulations and the economical-financial situation of the client, with special emphasis on the pleasant and respectful integration of the project with the environment.
The final product of this phase involves the totality of graphic elements (sketches, diagrams, representative plans, 3d images) comprising the spatial and formal layout of the project in general, and estimation of the construction costs.
This is comprised by the set of plans and construction specifications for the interpretation and execution of the projects, which supply the basis for price competition.
A feedback process is conducted with the client which permits the necessary adjustments to economic and construction conditions to be made.
Our team of professionals monitors the performance of the projects, so that the work is done in accordance with the executive project funds, within the specified time periods, and without deviating from the investment amount. This stage is complete when the public regulatory authorities grant the applicable legal permits.

This area deals with managing the economics of each of our projects, such as cash flow, banks, payments and collections.
In addition, along with the collaboration of the Bertelli studio, we manage everything relating to HR, ups and downs in the BPS and BSE, payment of salaries, and labor contracts. With regard to HR, we believe safety and hygiene on the job are essential, which is why we are continually assessed by a first-class Risk Assessment team.
